1. Services

RentJet FZE provides private jet charter brokerage services. We act as an intermediary between clients and licensed aircraft operators. All flights are operated by Part 135 or equivalent certified operators.

2. Quotations

All quotes are estimates and subject to aircraft availability at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary based on fuel costs, landing fees, handling charges, and other operational factors. Quotes are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise stated.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed charter agreement and payment. Full payment is typically required prior to departure. We accept wire transfers and major credit cards.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by charter agreement. Generally, cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure may receive a partial refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to the full charter cost. Specific terms are outlined in each charter agreement.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, and compliance with immigration requirements. RentJet is not liable for denied boarding due to insufficient documentation.

6. Liability

RentJet acts as a charter broker and does not operate aircraft. Liability for flight operations rests with the operating carrier. We maintain professional indemnity insurance for our brokerage services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai.
